The NY-based husband and wife team behind Noi designs handcraft these pieces using artisans' techniques, striving to acheive a more tactile, sensual alternative to the "mass produced impersonal items that dominate today's market." It seems a bit odd to describe a cheese platter as sensual in world where the term has come to signify both more and less than "pertaining to and engaging the senses", so we will let the matter go by saying that these platters are both a tactile and a visual delight.
