bluehouse Web Store Return Instructions:
We will accept returns on website purchases within two weeks of delivery. For fastest service, be sure to read and follow the information below before packaging and returning your item:
Please alert our customer service staff that your product is being shipped back, and state the nature of the problem.
Returns must be properly packaged for shipment (we suggest you use the outside shipping box we sent the product in originally), as the post office or UPS will not honor insurance claims for improperly packaged shipments that are damaged in transit. bluehouse will not be responsible for damage in transit to improperly packaged returns.
All returned products must be in brand-new condition, with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free gift with purchase. Any products showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

In Store:
We will refund a cash or credit purchase in the tender it was transacted for two weeks WITH a receipt (this is for non-furniture non-special-ordered items only). Without a receipt, or if the purchase was paid by check, we offer store credit within two weeks.
We will take a furniture return for up to two weeks after delivery if the item was delivered from our on-hand inventory. You must pay a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of repacking the item and returning it to our warehouse. If the furniture is undamaged, you MUST pay a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of repacking the item and returning it to our warehouse. A partial refund may be offered in certain situations. Damage MUST be noted at the time of delivery.
NO refund/exchange is offered on undamaged special orders, such as paint, flooring, or specially ordered furniture (that we do not normally carry).
A restocking fee and shipping charges will apply to returned Interface/FLOR and EcoTimber orders.
Most issues with opened pillows and mattresses must be addressed through the vendor, although we may be able to facilitate this.
bluehouse does not consider natural and man-made variations in one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture (such as furniture fashioned from recycled wood) to be "damage." Returns or exchanges for this reason will incur a nonnegotiable 25% restocking fee.
